A Major male client was involved in a motor vehicle collision wherein he was conveyed as a passenger. As a result of the collision, he sustained the following bodily injuries:

On 28 October 2024, his claim was settled with 100% concession for the merits of his case, and R 5 545 114.00 for the quantum of the claim comprising of:
- R 2 045 114.00 in respect of past and future loss of income and/or earning capacity.
- R 3 500 000.00 in respect of general damages resulting from bodily injuries that were sustained.
- The claimant was further provided with undertaking for payment of the future accommodation of the claimant in a hospital, or future medical services or supplying of goods related to the injuries sustained as a result the collision.
