A Major male client was involved in a motor vehicle collision where he was travelling on his motor cycle. As a result of the collision the following bodily injuries were sustained:
- Left femur fracture;
- Left tibia/Fibula fracture;
- Left wrist fracture;
- Scarring to the right arm.
On 10 October 2024 the claim was settled with 100% concession of the merits, and R 3 185 533.00 in respect to the quantum of the claim which is comprised of the client’s claim for past and future loss of earnings.
The claimant was further provided with undertaking for payment of the future accommodation of the claimant in a hospital, or future medical services or supplying of goods related to the injuries sustained as a result the collision.
